Each staff member
(both new and veteran) is required to participate in our on-site
Staff Training week in the British Virgin Islands. We have two
sessions of staff training: One the first week of June and the
other the third week of June.
Each staff member is
required to have at least Wilderness First Aid and current CPR
certification. Sail Caribbean provides the course 2 days before
Staff Training, however if those dates are not conducive to your
schedule you must take the course on your own. We highly encourage
staff to get their Wilderness First Responder certification.
