Counselors/Trip Leaders for summer resident camp with extensive backpacking, mountaineering and other adventures. Work with a co-counselor and groups of 6-8 campers.  Younger age groups combine activities at camp with weekly adventure trips.  Older campers spend 1 month in the mountains in our High Adventure leadership program.  

Previous experience with youth is helpful as well as mountaineering experience.  Must be over 21 and have strong desire to make a difference in a young person's life.  Counselors/Trip Leaders mush have Wilderness First Aid or above.  Wilderness Instructors must have WFR.  Lifeguards welcome.  Must be able to relate to young people, be responsible, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to teach in various environments.
