Job
Description |
|
Leading a GO Adventure trip is a
serious responsibility, and
seriously fun! Our program is
unique and risk management is
our top priority. Other
wilderness programs focus on
hard skills, or personal
development, or just globe
trotting and pure fun. GO
Adventure really is little bit
of all of them and our students
represent all walks. We’ve
learned that in working with
kids, being flexible, positive
and ‘in the moment’ is one of
our most effective policies. GO
Adventure therefore requires our
trip leaders to be experienced
youth workers and seasoned
outdoor enthusiasts who
genuinely enjoy being in a
mentor role. College degrees
preferred but significant life
experience is valued equally. |
